How did you become an athlete?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWhen I was a child, I did gymnastics. I did a few competitions, but I wasn't very good. I decided to do something new, and I thought track and field would be a good idea. I started with the 800m but it was too long for me... So I tried the 400m. And from time to time, I compete in the 100m and 200m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How did you experience the European U20 Championships in Jerusalem?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nIt was really exciting. Everything was perfect for the series, the semi-finals and the final.<\/p>\n\n\n

My coach was in Jerusalem, and my parents were watching me from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How are your training sessions going?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI train 4 or 5 times a week. I try to improve my speed. I also work on my strength, doing exercises like the Bench, for example. And jumps. I'm trying to make my legs stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are a group of 15 athletes. It\u2019s a big team. But in my group, several have decided to leave because of school. Some are going to university, so they\u2019ll go to a different school\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have a good relationship with my coach! I\u2019ve known her since I was 10 years old. I have two coaches who work together.<\/p>\n\n\n

My only mental preparation is listening to music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do you have any other passions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI love dance! Street dance is my favorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I dance at practice, but my coach doesn't like it. He says I have to stay focused and not dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And how do you combine your classes with your sport?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI'm in economics school. And sometimes it's hard. But my favorite teacher is so nice, she helps me when I have problems with my lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What's your next goal?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI'd like to go to the U20 World Championship next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for my studies, I don't yet know what I'd like to do. But I've got time to think about it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is this the end of your season?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI'll be going to the world championships in Budapest for the 4\u00d7400-meter relay. But I'll be in the reserves. And then it'll be the end of my season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What message would you like to pass on to your coaches?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI\u2019d like to tell them that I\u2019m truly grateful for their support, and that they are strong for putting up with me!
